Detailed Product Description
It is a precisely engineered formulation of high performance materials which function synergistically to provide excellent HPHT filtration control along-with imparting the rheological stability to water base drilling fluids at high bottom hole temperature. The product is specially engineered to provide excellent control of high temperature-high pressure (HTHP) filtration in the presence of various chemical contaminants. This RESIN is used to control fluid loss of water base mud at high temperature. It can be used for fluid loss control in dispersed, non dispersed, low-solids, inhibitive muds, and various other types of water-base muds: LIGNITE RESIN filtration control agent found to be used successfully in wells where the bottom hole temperature approaches 180ºC. It has also been observed that at high temperatures, LIGNITE RESIN improves the flow properties of the mud as well as controlling fluid loss rate.
